Property Bookmarks helps people save, organise and review property information from the sources they already use.

A property search often starts simply, but it can quickly become difficult to manage. Alerts arrive by email. Listings are saved on different portals. Links are shared in messages. Notes from viewings may end up in spreadsheets, notebooks or forgotten email threads.

Property Bookmarks is being developed as a private workspace for that process.

Each user can have a dedicated Property Bookmarks Mail address. Property alerts and shared listings sent to that address can be viewed inside Property Bookmarks, where they can be sorted into groups such as Interesting, Possibility and Favourite, with other properties archived or hidden when they are no longer relevant.

The project is not intended to replace estate agents, property portals or property websites. Instead, it gives users a more reliable place to manage the search around them. Original listings remain linked to their source, while Property Bookmarks helps the user keep track of what has arrived, what has changed, what is worth revisiting and what can safely be ignored.

Behind the scenes, the system is designed to recognise key details from property messages and listings, including price, location, status, agent information and links to the original property page. This allows property information to be displayed in a more useful and organised form without forcing the user to maintain a spreadsheet manually.

Property Bookmarks is an independent Ah Ha Software project, built from a real personal need to manage a large and complex house search across many locations and sources.
